You can ask Talitha AI Solutions (India) to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time.

How to request deletion

Email hrshshrm854@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
Include the name, email address and/or WhatsApp phone number you used, and the business you were dealing with (if any), so we can find your records.
We may ask you to confirm your identity before deleting anything.

We will confirm that we received your request and aim to complete deletion within 30 days.
We delete or anonymise the personal information we hold about you, including contact enquiries, account details and conversation data, except where we must keep some information to meet legal, tax or security obligations.
If you messaged a business's WhatsApp bot, that business controls your conversation data. We will pass your request to them or help them action it.
Data held by Meta or WhatsApp is governed by their own policies; you can manage it with them directly.

If you are a business and want your account, uploaded content and conversation data removed, email the same address from your account email.
